Auto Locksmith / Mechanic Shop customer service assistant

Looking to hire assistant for locksmith shop and mechanic shop,

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

-Answer phone calls and schedule for locksmith techs (we have 2 techs)

-Call customers regarding vehicles in shop

-order parts

-charge customers

-know how to use auto repair software to quote mechanic jobs

MUST be bilingual

MUST have experience in the auto industry different make models

Pay is base pay + commission on jobs secured for techs
