Autocad-, Autodesk-, or CAD-experienced and/or 3D rendering expert

Hello, I have a project that I'm hoping to see realized in 3D rendering form (and maybe in built form one day!). This is for a mid-rise residential building design that I have developed. Project involves meeting to understand the design parameters, then creating CAD files that would either allow for a 3D rendering to be made, or if responder could do the 3D rendering as well all the better. I'm not an architect, just a person with an idea that I'd like to see realized at least in a rendering. Payment for project would be determined after meeting. NDA will be required before meeting. Timeline is casual, no rush. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in let me know! Applicant must be in Austin, Texas to meet in person. Sorry, no Zoom meetings.
