Job Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information
Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
Qualifications:
3+ years of advisor experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Fluent English (biligual is a plus)
Quality Focus, Productivity, and Problem Solving
Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships
Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized, and can manage time efficiently
Must have valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base pay plus monthly bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
