Randstad Technologies has an immediate need with our long-standing end customer, a leading Entertainment company. This will be a contract with potential to extend based on budget and workflow. Work will be performed in-office at their coroporate location troubleshooting and supporting their media technology devices. Our Client is looking to bring on an AV Technician to support their environment.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, install, troubleshoot, and repair media equipment (30%)
  • Provide outstanding customer support to corporate office staff (30%)
  • Conduct daily quality control audits (30%)
  • Identify and concisely report potential for larger issues that should be addressed by product teams. (10%)

qualifications:

  • Experience level: Entry Level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Education: High School (required)
