AVP IAM Solutions Architecture

Overview

• Provide architectural direction in support of IAM to ensure product roadmaps support the IAM program and address respective requirements including but not limited to Cybersecurity, ITRC, Audit, and Financial Assurance
• Partner with AVP IAM Engineering and AVP IAM Integration & Operations to provide support and architectural direction
• Develop and facilitate deployment of IAM solution architecture to address B2E, B2B and B2C requirements
• Provide consultation to VP IAM regarding IAM solution architecture roadmaps to provide optimal technology footprint to the organization being mindful of current technology standards in place
• Provide consultation to VP IAM regarding organizational and operating best practices and industry standards
• Serve as the lead IAM solutions architect by keeping pace with industry best practices, evolving IAM and Cybersecurity products in the market place to effectively evolve the IAM program to best address the needs of the organization
• Work closely with the Cybersecurity, IT Risk and Compliance, and other IT teams and peers to ensure IAM program meets policy, standards and controls
• Work with other IT units, conduct market and client research to support IAM needs and opportunities
• Develop and maintain an IAM product roadmap
• Manage all engagements related to architecture including creation/maintenance of project documentation (scope, requirements, project plans, detailed designs, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, lessons learned, etc), budget tracking, effort estimating and resource collaboration
• Work closely with peers in IT Services
• Facilitate broad communications of impactful events to both IT and business teams
• Establish a succession plan and build up your direct reports
• Develop management and leadership skillsets among direct reports by leveraging the Talent Management toolset in Oracle and by taking advantage of training offered in-house and externally
• Delegate responsibility where appropriate and provide coaching and constructive feedback
• Budget and strategic planning for IAM platforms and architecture staffing
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Conform with all company policies and procedures

• Expert level knowledge with tools for user authentication and single sign-on, policy-based authorization, identity federation and auditing of access
• Deep experience with user provisioning and user management, ID life cycle management, role and access management
• Expert level knowledge of automation for identity governance processes and role compliance policies
• Expert level knowledge with off the shelf Identity Management / SSO products and various technologies around Identity Management, such as SAML, OAuth, Open ID
• Expert level knowledge of information security, including network, infrastructure and application security, as well as compliance frameworks and other regulatory requirements such as SOX
• Knowledge of Digital Certificates, Privileged Access, Identity Governance and Administration, and driving IAM analytics to mine behavior patterns and integrations with Cyber technologies
• Knowledge of B2E, B2B and B2E technologies and methods to best implement them
• Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Risk Exceptions as applicable to IAM
• Expert level knowledge of PAM, Windows AD, applicable IAM-related Cloud technologies (ie Microsoft Azure)

• Ability to independently evaluate and maintain a level of professional skepticism
• Ability to effectively lead, organize, and supervise subordinate team members
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and analytical skills
• Advanced Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as other reporting tools
• A clear understanding of IAM/IGA best practices and strategies
• Excellent personal skills with the ability to interact with executive stakeholders
• Implemented technical solutions to address business problems while comprehending the functions and capabilities of new technologies

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred

• Greater than 10 years in IAM, security or in related field required
• 5-7 years as Solution Architect in IAM or related field required
• 3-5 years previous supervisory and/or leadership experience required

• Normal office environment
• Some travel (domestic and international) may be required
