Looking for a Aws Cloud Ops. Manager Long Term Contract Job Description:

• Contribute directly to the development, and quality of IT Service Management
• Responsible for underlying operations process and infrastructure
• Responsible for the enforcement of effective Capacity, Availability and Performance Management Processes to ensure IT services and infrastructure met the agreed requirements
• Work across IT Services organization to ensure that required IT infra resources are available and efficiently utilized
• Build and maintain Capacity & Availability Plan
• Ensures that availability-related incidents and problems are addressed
• Schedule and conduct review meeting with the required teams and partners
• Experience
• Implementing ITSM Process on public Cloud environments
• Knowledge on Application and infrastructure Maintenance lifecycle
• Setting robust processes compliant on ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience refining the Hardware & Software Asset Management & CMDB
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
