We are looking for a Sr PMT who is a relentless self-starter with a track record of delivery, someone with a true pioneering spirit who will boldly do what’s best for our customers. Leveraging a wide range of AI/ML and automation techniques, you will have an opportunity to invent, design, and launch solutions that will directly impact every customer across all AWS services.Key job responsibilitiesYou possess an established product management track record, experience launching mission-critical systems, and a well-rounded technical background in automation, GenAI / ML technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for automation initiatives in AWS Support, including how GenAI can be leveraged to expand automation coverage and delivery velocity. You will partner with multiple science and engineering teams to build cohesive user experiences across the tools used to deliver our world-class Support. You will be at the forefront of ML and Cloud technologies with interactions across the full breadth of AWS services.About the teamThe AWS Kumo team provides technology and trusted expertise that intelligently anticipate and resolve AWS customer needs, helping them adopt, optimize, and operate at scale. Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

3+ years of experience in a technical product leadership role focused on automation, GenAI and/or ML

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
