• 8+ years of experience in Application Development with advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• 6+ years developing in OO programming languages like Java/J2EE/Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of design patterns and core frameworks
• Experience with integrating with Restful APIs and third-party libraries
• Experience in building and deploying services using Gradle, Maven, Jenkins etc. as part of CI/CD process
• Strong desire to build unit tests from the start with TDD development.
• Knowledge of tools like Git, Postman/SOAPUI/Insomnia, Rally, Junit, SwaggerHub
• Be an advocate of security best practices, support the importance of security within engineering, partnering with Digital and Enterprise security teams and digital product owners to ensure compliance
• Ability to understand problems, break them down into hypotheses and propose solutions in a clear manner
• Ability to crisply document design and implementation details
• Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a blend of innovation and speed of execution
• Willing to work as a team and has the right attitude to work as a part of a large organization
