Back Of House Crew (Habla espanol) $17 - $18 Starting $17-$18 an hr with oppurtunities for raises based of performance!We are looking for a line cook to prepare food to exact Gus’s specifications and to set up stations. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.ResponsibilitiesSet up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report and follow Manager's instructionsClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersSkillsProven cooking experienceAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksFamiliar with industry’s best practicesPlease apply in person Monday - Friday from 10am - 8pm or send in a resume with current phone number information!Hola,Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken in downtown Austin está buscando nuevos miembros para nuestro equipo de cocina.
