The Senior Lead Engineer job designs information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. While establishing operational plans, this job is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization's operating systems.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Modifies formulation of system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
Evaluates and implements changes to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Applies functions knowledge to flow charts, models, and procedures and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
Oversees the review of technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
Approves and implements corrections on all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
Educates end users on system designs and functionalities through creation of training materials and conducting demos.
Coaches and mentors lower level professionals.

5+yrs of hands on programming experience with scripting languages such as Python.
Experience with web-oriented frameworks such as Flask, HTML/CSS and jQuery
Desired Skills:
Experience developing automated systems using a scripting language
Experience recommending automation approach, tools and frameworks
Experience in Unix or Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOS), JunOS, IOS or any network vendor CLI is a plus.
Experience with MYSQL, SQL is preferred
Experience using DevOps tools and processes such as Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Splunk or CI/CD
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems handling large volumes of data and develop solutions that have a significant impact at scale.
Experience with Machine Learning is preferred.
#LI-MG3Base Pay Range: $122,400/yr. - $204,100/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
