Bakery Team Lead

Join our successful restaurant's bakery team in a role with opportunities for growth! You will play a crucial role in preparing a variety of baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Mix dough for breads, form bread doughs, and prepare croissant-based pastries

Laminate dough for croissants and other pastries

Bake quickbreads, cookies, and cheesecakes

Prep the bakery for daily operations

Keep track of ingredients and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Work efficiently, often unsupervised, and multitask with ease

Requirements:

Commercial baking experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Clean, organized, and efficient work habits

Self-starter with excellent time management skills

Ability to multitask and work unsupervised

Knowledge of the art of laminating dough (or willingness to learn)

Schedule:

Full-time position

Shift starts at 4am

5 or 6 day work week (employee's choice)
