Overview Prepare regular unit volume forecasting for the commissaries and bakeries as well as analysis of forecasts and quarterly business view. Communication support to partners. Tracking and analysis of key partner metrics. Responsibilities Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual forecast on total units, units by platform and by sku for each commissary or bakery (total 27) includes inputs from Zone Presidents, Category Managers and each business system partner. Provide analysis connecting the forecast to store performance and partner performance. Provide support and participate in the quarterly financial/business reviews with each of the 27 partners.Provide deeper analysis of the financials as needed. Assist with communication to the partners regarding sales plans, new product introductions, inventory management, production planning, etc. Complete any required manual billing of shipped product to stores when automatic billing is unavailable. Support analysis, administration, and communication for network planning including facility start ups, capacity expansion, and capability expansion. Track and analyze known shortages, OS&D, on time dispatches, and tray inventory. Qualifications Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 3+ years of experience Strong analytic skills including product pricing, sales data, financial statements, cost models and data storytelling. Strong competency with all 7-Eleven merchandising systems including 7Intel as well as Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of PowerBI is preferred. Work collaboratively and cross functionally with Logistics, Operations, Merchandising, Business Systems partners on a daily basis. Basic understanding of commissary and bakery operations including specification builds, yields, labor, ingredient costs and product pricing. Ability to work collaboratively and through influence with urgency.
