Type: Part - time

Hours per week: Up to 20 for top performers

Pay: $20 per hour + additional compensation

Location: Multiple retail locations all around DFW. Territories are assigned that keep you closest to home.

What You’ll Do

-Deliver outstanding customer service while crushing sales goals

-Keep the product shelf clean, organized, and stocked

-Help customers find the right products and share your expertise

-Report your work using our mobile app

-Travel to multiple work locations daily

-Support inventory and merchandising initiatives

What We’re Looking For

-Bilingual in English and Spanish (conversational in both) required

-Retail or sales experience highly preferred - Bonus if it is in beauty!

-Strong communication and people skills

-Able to work weekends + weekday mornings

-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand + walk for extended periods
