Bi-lingual Medical Assistant Needed Asap job vacancy

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chiropractic patient care, AND/OR personal injury care of any kind.

Duties:

- Provide case management services to patients in an inpatient setting

- Assists with referring patients to other facilites (MRIs, CT, pain management, etc), communicating with other facilities and law firms to ensure patient completes outside appointments.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance companies and attorneys office to develop and implement patient care plans

- Makes sure patients stay on track with treatment and outside appointments

- Signing up new patients and guiding them through the medical side of injury claims process

-Assisting with scheduling and front office, patient therapy and translating for the doctor

Qualifications:

- MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Speak, read and write english and spanish)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Hard working and fast learner
