- 5+ Utilities, SQL Server, SSIS
- 3+ years’ experience in designing, building, and deploying
- 3+ production-level data pipelines using tools from Hadoop stack (HDFS, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Oozie etc.) and programming in Python.
- Ability to drive communications with diverse groups, and deliver change throughout the organization
- Ability to go deep on technology trends and architectural questions
- Strong critical thinking and written / verbal communication
- Strong ability to understand and synthesize data to generate key insights

- Lead and coordinate across IT and business teams on design, architecture and integration of enterprise applications.
- Transform big data and related analytical results into insights and visual presentations for the business team using Teradata, SQL Server, and Hive.
- Implement databases and translate business requirements and source system understanding into dimensional data model.
- Design and implement dashboards, scorecards, ad-hoc reports to measure effectiveness of CRM, Video, Campaign Analytics and Loyalty programs.
- Implement self-serve analytics platform to enable business users to make better and faster decisions.
- Generate insights from customer behavior, segmentation and offer utilization to drive retention and profitability.
