Job Title: Big Data/ML Engineer Location: Frisco, Tx or Seattle /Bellevue / Snoqualmie, WA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Big data/ML Engineer to join our team and help drive the development and implementation of big data queries for machine learning modelling and production pipelines. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and build scalable solutions, and integrate models into production. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to solve complex business problemsAnalyze large, complex data sets to identify the most performant way to process large volume data using Spark, Hive, and SQLCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutionsWork on deployment of machine learning modelsMonitor the performance of data pipelines and make improvements as necessaryStay up to date with the latest advances in big data processing Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related fieldStrong experience in Spark/Hive/SQL, including hands-on experience building and deploying large volume data pipelinesProficiency in Python, Scala, SQL PySpark.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) is a plusThis is a contract position.
