Bilingual Material Handler/welder $21/hr Starting Pay

A Power Systems Plant in Comfort, TX is seeking a reliable and skilled Material Handler/Welder to join their growing team. This position requires a self-starter with basic welding experience and metal cutting skills—preferably with stainless steel and aluminum. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in cutting, prepping, staging, and welding materials to support production demands.

Responsibilities:

Cut and prep various metals, including stainless steel and aluminum

Perform basic welding tasks as needed

Read and interpret work orders and instructions

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with material handling and staging

Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

Basic welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)

Proficient in cutting and prepping metal materials

Experience with stainless steel and aluminum preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

MUST pass a background and drug screen

MUST be able to commute to Comfort, TX

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay:

$21.00/hr.
