Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Receptionist in Austin, Texas. The role primarily involves basic clerical tasks within the property industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and structured environment, carrying out tasks that require detailed attention and excellent organizational skills.Responsibilities: Greet and interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner Efficiently manage multi-line phone system for incoming calls and inquiries Schedule appointments and ensure all appointments are accurately recorded Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Handle email correspondence effectively and professionally Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks Perform filing and scanning duties to maintain orderly records Organize files and documents in a systematic and logical manner Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.Requirements Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients Experience in data entry with high attention to detail Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files and maintaining a systematic filing system Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently Preferred Bilingual in Spanish Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
