As a Billing Analyst, you will support several business groups within the Technology department and be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day invoicing, including preparing and processing Invoices and Purchase Orders; ensuring daily transactions are appropriately executed; researching outstanding payments and other invoicing items; and, determining/ monitoring / analyzing daily purchase orders. You will develop and maintain relationships with suppliers as well as internal teams; meet team SLAs including ensuring POs are approved in a timely manner, and ensure the successful transition of suppliers into Source2Pay/Coupa. Review and ensure accuracy of various types of IT Contracts. Prepare presentations and other special projects as assigned. Degree preferred with 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Finance/Accounting Analyst is required. Must be able to analyze and interpret financial data, process invoices and create purchase orders based on contracts, and make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Knowledge of contract documents (time-and-materials and fixed bid) and specifications is needed. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong preference for professional work experience directly supporting a business unit, such as Purchasing, Finance, Customer Support, Marketing, or Operations. SAP Finance modules experience is also a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community is essential. Strong organizing and coordinating skills and strong writing and editing skills are a requirement. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to meet deadline-oriented tasks. Must have exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for a large corporate environment; the ability to use initiative and judgment in carrying out tasks; strong multi-tasking skills, very good detail orientation with good organizational and retention skills. Must be able to perform timely on time-sensitive tasks. This position is an onsite role. May be eligible for 50% remote after training. Local Candidates Preferred
