Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Pasadena, Texas. This role primarily functions in the financial industry and involves managing customer billing and accounting functions. The workplace offers a fast-paced environment that requires proficiency in various billing portals and accounting software systems.Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner. Keeping precise records of customer credit. Handling customer inquiries and resolving them efficiently. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Conducting billing functions through different portals such as Ariba, Cortex, Open Invoice, and TRACK. Regularly reconciling customer accounts and billing records. Utilizing advanced Excel for various tasks and reporting. Operating the Navision system for various accounting functions. Ensuring the accuracy of all billing data by reviewing and updating information as needed. Providing support for other accounting functions as required. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services Experience with Computerized Billing Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM Proficiency in Epic Software Experience with About Time software Strong understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls Knowledge of Billing Functions.
