Join us and be a part of a collaborative, growing network of innovative thinkers delivering solutions at the local level.Position Purpose: Support the Biostatistics component of the Health Econ and Outcome Research (HEOR) team by assisting investigators in managing and analyzing clinical data as well as interpreting and reporting results.

Write detailed statistical analysis plans including specifications for analysis files, consistency checks, tables, and figures.

Responsible for data management, operational reporting and predictive outcomes analysis for all Clinical programs across all lines of business to support Population Health goals.

Review study results and prepare statistical reports by performing regression analysis univariate & multivariate linear regression, non-linear regression including binomial, logistic, & Poisson, linear models (generalized and hierarchical – including mixed effects, random effects, and fixed effects.).

Design experiments for clinical programs by using but not limited to understanding of bio-informatics, Bayesian inference, causal inference, longitudinal studies, canonical correlations, cluster analysis, dimensional data analysis, sequential methods, and survival analysis.

Handle multiple projects and communicate risks and issues.

Knowledge/Experience: Master’s degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, Bioinformatics, health science related field with 3+ year’s, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years’ of directly relevant data analysis/biostatistics, statistical programming and statistical modeling experience. Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system claims or clinical data. Experience working with large databases, data verification and data management. Experience with Enterprise Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications.Pay Range: $82,600.00 - $148,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
