Summary:The BMW Genius serves as the technology expert, supporting the sales team and delivering an informative, world-class experience while ensuring every customer is completely comfortable with their new BMW during the final delivery.Duties and Responsibilities:Execute a seamless and informative new vehicle delivery process for all customers.Demonstrate and explain all vehicle technology and features, such as connectivity and navigation.Serve as the dealership's primary non-selling product expert for all BMW models.Answer technical and feature-related customer questions in-person, by phone, or via email.Conduct proactive Encore follow-up sessions with new owners to provide ongoing support.Maintain expert-level knowledge of all current and upcoming BMW models, features, and updates.Actively promote and assist customers with setting up the official My BMW mobile applications.Assist the Sales team by providing product and feature information during customer test drives.Use the dealership's CRM system to log all customer interactions and schedule appointments.Help train and educate coworkers on how to effectively demonstrate BMW technology.
