Description Outstanding Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper with QuickBooks (QBS) Experience in San MarcosOur highly esteemed client in San Marcos is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with expert knowledge of QuickBooks to join their dynamic team. This role calls for precision, confidentiality, and a good understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles. As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with managing all financial data, from financial transactions recording, procedures updating, to financial report preparations. The ideal candidate is someone well-versed in QuickBooks and dedicated to providing accurate, timely financial information to support the team.Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and purchase transactions.

Keeping accurate records in QuickBooks and assisting with financial audits.

Preparing financial statements to delineate the company's financial status.

Conducting regular reconciliation of bank statements.

Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper in a professional setting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Software; Certification in QuickBooks is a plus.

Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

Meticulous attention to detail and precision in account reconciliation.
