Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Boerne, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial records within a structured framework, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and assisting in providing financial reports. This role is pivotal in shaping the streamlined financial structure of our organization.Responsibilities: Manage the recording and organization of all financial transactions including bills, invoices, payroll, and other accounting activities. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and efficiency. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Coordinate internal and external audits and oversee tax preparation processes. Maintain appropriate financial documentation through an organized system of accounts. Conduct regular bank and other reconciliation tasks. Carry out necessary administrative tasks including record keeping and filing. Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting. Meet financial accounting objectives established by the organization.
