Build 34 Townhomes and 20 Single Family

I am looking for a turn key builder to build 34 townhomes and 20 single family homes in North Dakota starting in August of 2024. Must be able to build from excavation to final Certificate of occupancy. Project is fully funded and lots are shovel ready. You must be able to handle a project of this size with past references and able to bring in your own materials and trades. We are needing this project completed in under 6 months from start to finish. This project is for a larger tract type home builder that has the experience to do a project of this size.
