- Must have frac field experience to be able to articulate business needs into user stories.
- Can pickup how to document user stories but must have the field knowledge.
- Familiarity with agile and agile dev/ops is advantage,
- understanding on data science is advantage,
- needs to be able to create wireframes using eg Visio to articulate user needs
