- The candidate is expected to have banking & finance background who is keen to learn and deliver working in global environment.
- Good Finance domain understanding – Balance Sheet, Securities, Loans, etc.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL working in Oracle and Sybase database
- Act as bridge between Dev and Support
- Engage with business, operations, support and IT teams to establish business requirements, perform analysis of the data, mapping of the data to an archive model
- Perform Gap Analysis and Impact assessment of any changes as defined in the Change Process mainly in retail and / or commercial banking
- Added advantage with experience working on applications involving feed processing, ETL, downstream feed generation and regulatory reporting
- Business process modelling – investigating operational requirements, issues and opportunities to seek effective solutions
- Detailed understanding of the full trade lifecycle in one or more Products
- Exposure on agile methodologies including Use Case analysis, Features/Epics/User Stories, Behaviour Driven Development
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office suite primarily MS Visio, Microsoft Project and MS SharePoint, PowerPoint and excel. Also, on project management methodologies such as Agile
- Experience in writing business requirements documents, analysing and documenting functional requirements
- Demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge on planning, business case development, monitoring and controlling programmes
- Communication and presentation skills. Experience in Agile Methodology
