- Determine the efficiency and functionality of systems and recommend improvements
- Accept and Analyze business requirements and translates to technical requirements
- Work effectively with Technical and business team members
- Able to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role with minimal direction
- Facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming and discussions, and interact with other team members
- Have good communication skills
- Business analysis with technical knowledges
- Technical development experience in Database, programming languages (Preferably Java) and Message Queues
- Experience working in agile team setup
- Experience working with business and technical teams
- Database/ Network/ Server admin
- Core Java
