Description We are seeking a Business Analyst for our manufacturing facility in Pasadena, Texas. This role is pivotal in maintaining and improving our rebate reporting tools, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT for business requirements, and administering our Salesforce CRM platform. Your expertise in Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, and Agile Scrum will be crucial in enhancing our business processes and driving results. Responsibilities include: Acting as the primary contact for rebate inquiries and maintaining and improving existing rebate reporting tools. Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to gather business requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and develop effective BI tools. Administering the Salesforce CRM platform in collaboration with an external vendor, developing additional functionality, and identifying synergies between Salesforce and other software. Providing training to sales, sales management, and other key stakeholders on Salesforce, Power BI, and other relevant systems, and developing effective training documentation and video walkthroughs. Identifying gaps and issues with third-party datasets and providing regular summaries of findings to manager and sales team. Prioritizing correction of issues with internal stakeholders and vendors. Monitoring access to third-party systems including Salesforce and Power BI and granting and revoking access as necessary. Maintaining existing reporting tools and developing new tools as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within the Manufacturing industry Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking Strong knowledge of Database management and operations Familiarity with EO/IR systems for data collection and analysis Experience in performing Gap Analysis to improve business processes Proficiency with Informatica for data integration and management Strong understanding of AB Testing for optimizing user experience Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies for project management Ability to understand and document Business Process Functions Experience in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents Basic Design skills for creating visual interpretations of data and processes Proficiency in Power BI for business analytics and data visualization.
