Onboarding Readiness – makes sure the onboarding team has all their prep work done so they can do all the mapping things like they have all the login to the carrier sites so they can access the data.

Onboarding – mapping and ingesting all the files. Flat files, excel, CSV, not a standard method. Each client is fairly unique.

Production Support:

Data validation. Make sure no errors happen in the data ingestion process
Reconciliation: likely need someone who has a financial slant on their background. This person is going to make sure the statements match up from a financial standpoint.

Our client is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Business Analyst focused on data collection, analysis, mapping, and reconciliation. This position requires being in the office daily at their beautiful downtown Dallas, TX office building.

Key Responsibilities

5+ years of experience as a technical business or data analyst
5+ years of data heavy system implementations
Analyze files received from various business users, third party companies
Reconcile data the files to bank statements
Create data mapping documents to map data in the files to the system
Work with developers to load files into the system
Validate that the files are loaded accurately
Perform extensive QA on data
Work collaboratively within a broader team of employees, contractors, and vendors to reach a common goal on tight timelines
Ability to detect trends, commonalities and nuances associated with data
Ability to adhere to established implementation processes via professional communication and documentation
Test the applications

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a technical business or data analyst
5+ years of data heavy system implementations
Advanced or expert user of Microsoft Excel
