- Identify, publish and communicate strategic technology BI standards, frameworks, principles and roadmaps to be used throughout the IT organization.
- Interview stakeholders and work closely with IT leadership to develop BI roadmap for success given project prioritization and budget.
- Champion data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the BI by designing and promoting best practices.
- Develop, administer, and maintain reporting data models and semantic layer.
- Design, develop and deploy Enterprise BI solutions that leverage common data architecture and data optimization approaches
- Incorporate User Feedback to promote analytics self-service and drive adoption
- Collaborate with Power Users to enable Analytics Agility, faster Report creation and insights
- Create Training Materials and administer end-user training
- Coordinate with user community to increase proficiency, standardized approaches, and empower the data literacy of the organization.
- Administer and Monitor Power BI Service including usage, capacity, and performance tuning needs.
- Ability to provision assistance to team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge.
- Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members.
- Provide technical training to external team members to foster stronger cross-departmental relations.
- Educate and guide engineers in the vision and use cases of specific solutions within the Enterprise Architecture portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience delivering business intelligence solutions
- 5+ years of experience with OLTP and OLAP database models
- Experience in a lead role engaging with key business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver large scale analytics solutions and projects
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Proven analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
- Fluent in relational database concepts and flat file processing concepts
- Must be knowledgeable in software development lifecycles/methodologies
- A solid understanding of security models in Power BI and row level restrictions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers.
- Experience in data modeling, designing data warehouses/data marts and reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics solutions
- Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience

- Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SAP Hana, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
- ETL: SAP Data Services, SSIS, DataStage, Azure File Explorer
- BI Technology: Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), SSRS, SSAS
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
