The Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management team is seeking a professional to support the Wholesale Lending Services organization, who has a penchant for story-telling with financial data and is strategic, analytical and energetic. This is a high-impact opportunity on our Finance & Business Management team ensuring senior management across the Commercial Bank have visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives. This role will provide support to senior Business and Operations leaders and key partners across Commercial Bank Finance, Business Management and Data & Analytics teams to enable effective end-to-end execution.As the Senior Associate Business Manager for the Wholesale Lending Services organization, you will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.Job responsibilities

Partner with Wholesale Lending Services and Commercial Bank Finance & Business Management to prepare executive presentations - ability to package and present projections and performance trends by bringing financials and data together to tell a cohesive story

Design management reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents

Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers and other Finance & Business Management teams

Ability to take analysis and create executive level presentation using PowerPoint PitchPro+ Analyze large amounts of data, assess KPI trends, and create impactful analysis to assist in developing Wholesale Lending Services strategy

Partner with Wholesale Lending Services and Commercial Bank Finance & Business Management team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses

Participate in the activity based costing process used to allocate expenses across LOB's and downstream client profitability system

Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate directly with all levels

Must be able to interact, collaborate, and partner with peer team members across business and staff areas at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over all resources

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

Prior experience in Business Management or Chief Operating Office role analyzing financial data and story-telling

Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence

Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda

Excellent communication, organization and project management skills

Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale by story

Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Table and Word skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Knowledge of or experience with BI tools, databases and SQL Querying
