Job Description
Business Systems Analyst 05+ Months, Possible Extension 100% Remote Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform Data Analysis using Relational Database (PostgreSQL) data sets and queries Collaborate with acquired companies to improve Account data quality utilizing Salesforce toolsets and data mapping techniques Maintain a high level of quality in Account Mapping relationships across Salesforce Orgs Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) for select datasets within the Salesforce Org Management and maintenance of the data platform, data sets, reports and associated Heroku applications Document existing as is and to be data process and work with cross-functional teams towards automation of manual operational activities Rise towards becoming an SME for cross-functional and cross-Org reporting and dashboarding use casesExperience/Skills Required: 2-4 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role Relational Database Concepts and technologies (SQL) Ability to provide analysis and insight based on partial information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to work well cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities and working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels Preferred experience with the Salesforce Account-centric Data Model Preferred experience with Heroku Connect and related technology stack Preferred experience with Python and Tableau/Tableau CRM Preferred experience with Google Suite Stack and Lucid Charts/Visio
