C5 quadriplegic needing experienced male caregiver

50 year old partially paralyzed male seeking to hire well experienced caregiver/caregivers for three different shifts. I am looking for a male to help me in the mornings for weekdays starting about 8 AM and/or another male for the weekends starting around 9-9:30 AM for 4 to 5 hours. This shift is to help me get up out of bed and ready for the day which includes, showering, dressing, changing urine & colostomy bags, range of motion stretches and standing. The reason for a male is because I need to be lifted to and from my wheelchair, shower bench, standing frame and sometimes working out. Although I only weigh 135 pounds I do not wish to injure anyone from lifting me at least 2 to 3 times daily. I am also looking for a well experienced overnight caregiver for both Friday and Saturday nights preferably that has worked with a quadriplegic overnight before. The overnight position requirements are to mainly help me change into my sleepwear and change out my daytime urine bag to my overnight bag and help into bed and help throughout the night a couple of times rolling over, repositioning so I stay comfortable and get adequate sleep. Both morning and overnight duties would also require some light house chores like laundry, meal preparation, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, etc. Although not mandatory I would prefer both caregivers have experience with indwelling catheters even though we will not be changing out the catheter we will be disconnecting and reconnecting my daytime urine bag to my overnight urine bag, you would also help with some range of motion stretches and then helping me transfer into bed.
