- Windows & Linux OS experience
- C#/Asp.net Development
- Oracle PL/Sql (Data manipulation and schema objects, packages, triggers)
- Working knowledge of various scripting languages (python, bash, powershell)
- Working knowledge of Ansible
- Familiarity with ITIL event management
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software delivery life cycle)
- Knowledge of the following vendor platforms: BMC Server/Network Automation, BMC TrueSight Orchestration, BMC Discovery, BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC PatrolAgent, Dynatrace Managed, Ansible, Entuity, Humio, VMWare
- Familiarity with Monitoring and Automation concepts
- Ability to learn and apply new technology
- Technical documentation/writing
- Communication skills
- Provide daily operational support of the ANS (Assignment & Notification System - internal application developed in C#/Asp.net) ensuring availability and functionality
- Support application teams in incident analysis and resolution through ServiceNow and Jira
- Respond to monitoring requests to ensure proper routing
- Respond to automation requests to create, modify, or remove automation in ANS
- Enhance monitoring functionality or capabilities
- Address security vulnerabilities identified for ANS
- Perform validation of the ANS after patching or other infrastructure events
- Perform maintenance on the ANS as needed
- Provide on-call support for all tools owned by the Site Reliability Tools/Enterprise Monitoring Team
