Cafe Help Needed for Office Building, $19/hr, NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS

What's For Lunch Corporate Catering is hiring a cafe attendant to work 30 - 35 hours a week in an office building in Round Rock near 35 & 45.

MUST HAVE VALID FOOD HANDLER'S CERTIFICATION

TABC Certification is a plus for occasional Happy Hour service

Duties include:

-Some light prep work including washing and chopping produce for salads, mixing salad dressings and building sandwich trays

-Working as a team to set up the salad bar, hot food line and made to order sandwich counter

-Learning the POS and cashier duties

-Rotating through service stations as needed during meal service time

-Breaking down and cleaning the cafe after lunch

-Washing dishes and chafers/chafing trays

-Cleaning and maintaining food storage areas

-Assisting with inventory, rotating and practicing First In First Out with all stock

-Occasionally filling in for barista (Barista experience preferred!)

-Other similar duties as needed, all training provided

Pay is $19/hr, Monday - Friday hours vary between 8am - 4pm, no weekends, no evenings so great for parents or second jobs. Pay is weekly, all breaks are paid, breakfast & lunch are provided daily and there's usually food to take home.

We're interviewing this week and looking for someone with reliable transportation and reliability in general who can work quickly and cleanly to start full time in the new year.

It's a simple, nice job, the most important things are reliability, punctuality, a great attitude and sense of teamwork, there’s no utility for big egos here.
