Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Las Colinas, Texas, United States. This role primarily entails conducting customer call campaigns, utilizing provided scripts, and ensuring the accuracy of customer information. It is a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of customer service.Responsibilities: Conduct customer call campaigns based on provided scripts Accurately confirm and record customer information Warmly transfer calls when necessary Utilize Real Green ERP for customer management; training will be provided Exhibit an outgoing and solid voice over the phone for effective communication Demonstrate solid attention to detail in all tasks Make calls from an Excel list of customers.Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in using computer systems and software High level of patience and ability to deal with challenging customer situations Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required High school diploma or equivalent education level.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
