Title: Capacity Planning Engineer Location: Plano, TX after Covid Duration: long term contract Position Overview:Strategic Platforms Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to focus on capacity management, demand forecasting and Capacity planning for the entire large scale digital platform across on-premises and Azure public cloud. Working side by side with Chaos engineering, performance engineering, infrastructure platform and operations to ensure performance, reliability, and resiliency. Required Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability and technical operations with a focus on allocation management, capacity planning and capacity management
- Experience with Prometheus / Grafana, Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk, EFK, Quantum Metrics, Azure Monitor, Application Insights monitoring tools and other metrics, monitoring and capacity planning tools
- Experience with Azure Iaas & PaaS implementations
- Experience with Azure Autoscaling
- Excellent communication skills
