DescriptionSpecialization:Cardiology Non InvasiveJob Summary:Austin Heart would like to recruit an advanced practice provider to join the largest cardiology group in Central Texas at our San Marcos location.Qualified Candidates:

Board certified ACNP or PA

Licensed in the state of Texas or ability to obtain

Working with one non-invasive cardiologist and one APP at the San Marcos office and local hospital

Flexible schedule: PRN, Part-Time or Full-time

Call every 4-5 weeks alternating between a call weekend (Thursday-Sunday) and during the week Monday-Thursday

Both inpatient rounding and outpatient work

Start date: ASAP

Possible outreach clinic days in Wimberley, TX, Kyle, TX, New Braunfels, TX and Lockhart, TX

Austin Heart offers comprehensive clinical services including a robust research program

The cardiologist will see patients primarily at Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC). This 113 bed hospital has a broad spectrum of services. CTMC has a coronary interventional program. Heart surgery cases are transferred to the Heart Hospital of Austin.

San Marcos is the largest city in Hays County, just 30 minutes south of Austin, TX.
