Career Counselor

Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Career Counselor to work at our San Antonio campus location. This candidate will meet with potential and current students to assist with course selections, guide students through the registration process, handle incoming phone calls for student support, participate in campus career events and marketing initiatives, proctor exams for students in the campus testing center, organize classroom materials for instructors, and support the Campus Manager with daily campus activities. Outstanding customer service skills, a superior work ethic, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities are required for this position.ResponsibilitiesMeet with students one-on-one to review available program optionsAssist students with selection of course registrations and schedulesAnswer daily incoming calls for student supportAssist with daily student class check-in processRespond to student email inquiries, answer questions, and conduct follow-upOversee student testing center and proctor examsAssist Campus Manager with projects and tasksParticipate in campus marketing and eventsSupport campus instructors to prepare classroom materialsReport course completions to state and national agenciesProvide an exceptional customer experienceAssist with opening and closing campus duties
