Caregiver Position Available

The Lavender Home – Personal Care Home in Kallison Ranch, 78254

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to join our small personal care home team. We care for four residents, two of whom are bed bound, and we pride ourselves on creating a peaceful, loving environment where our residents feel respected, supported, and cared for with kindness.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Fridays and Saturdays off

What You Will Do

Provide companionship, conversation, and gentle support throughout your shift

Give medications at their designated times

Change diapers as needed

Administer insulin for one diabetic resident after training, the sliding scale chart is already set up

Prepare dinner daily at 5 p.m.

On Sundays prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Light cleaning of bedrooms and common areas

Keep the downstairs tidy and comfortable for residents

Assist with resident needs as they come up

Follow the daily task list provided for smooth and consistent care

Must be comfortable with dogs

Must have reliable transportation

What We Offer

Biweekly pay through cash or Cash App

Pay is six hundred fifty every two weeks

About Our Home

We are located in the Kallison Ranch neighborhood off Culebra, about twenty minutes outside 1604 near the Alamo Ranch area. Our home is calm, loving, and built around dignity, warmth, and respect for every resident.

Who We Are Looking For

Someone dependable, kind, patient, and ready to step into a meaningful role. Experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
