Cash Applications Specialist

Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!Your responsibilitiesManage accounts receivables and remittances

Attend to customer database accounts

Kick off general ledger reports weekly

Record payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers

Resolve payment issues or other discrepancies Requirements - Must maintain a high level of accuracy while being detail oriented

Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

Experience with high volume data entry

Experience with Cash Applications

2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
