DDP is looking for an exceptional and talented Associate to join its Sales Enablement Product organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure necessary to enable the sales process and users including but not limited to end user and production support model; reporting requirements; sales and change readiness programs; delivery, deployment and roll out of new capabilities; Sales Champion and adoption programs, and other Sales Enablement activities to drive front office productivity, usage and enhance the user experience.Key Responsibilities

Engage with Salesforce front office users and Executive Admins to facilitate and support access and entitlements, account and portfolio maintenance, including coverage team, account hierarchy, cost center and client reference information

Manage and partner with Salesforce Production Support Team and Area Product Managers on platform, functionality and data integration issues, including design discussions, feedback on solutioning, testing and roll-out activities

Monitor the Sales Operations Team service desk case queue, and track and monitor progress of cases

Design and develop Salesforce reports related to program management, portfolio management, activity and opportunity

Partner with the Sales Readiness team on change management, learning curriculum and communication plan

Partner with Business Success Leads across CB and Design COE team to increase engagement and adoption of sales tools

Provide insight into product backlog items related to support, enhancements and new features identified by end users and business stakeholders

Support the Sales Enablement Team to deepen Salesforce and product knowledge with CB Champions and drive adoption and usage with end users

Preferred Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience minimum

Minimum of 2-5 years of Sales Operations / Process Analysis / Process Improvement

Strong understanding of Commercial Bank business, Financial Services industry and Customer Experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Highly motivated, detail oriented, team player, self-starter and ability to work independently under tight timelines are essential

Strong analytical skills required

Experience working with Salesforce preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent presentation skills
