Key responsibilities include :Risk IdentificationEffectively identify emerging risks based on input from SMEs

Identify thematic issues and lead training efforts to drive quality of delivery

Process Engineering and ExecutionDefine, build and manage projects and programs to support establishment of new executive reporting requirements and ongoing improvements to the reporting, process and timeliness

Aggregate themes, root causes of issues, and create divisional reporting for executives, management committees, and the board.

Execute continuous review and credible challenge of key oversight activities aimed to meet firm standards and meet regulatory expectations

Oversee deliverables calendar and ensure that it is kept current and that corresponding activity is planned and executed for appropriate committee

Drive identification and documentation of escalation and other key risk matters based on governance materials and discussions; ensure escalations are incorporated into forums with continuity.

Apply a "find once, fix many approach" to all activity, thinking critically to apply lessons learned, processes, standards, corrections across initiatives, tasks and entities.

Leadership, Advisory, and PartnershipDevelop strong relationships across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line, with the ability to influence others

Partner with Risk teams to improve automated data solutions for reporting, tracking and escalation

Advance and support weekly, monthly and quarterly governance forums, driving alignment across entities. Engage with participants to drive effective materials for productive discussions and actions

Work at the leadership level to influence and drive change across department and to build a culture of excellence in risk reporting

Support executive leadership in meeting ad hoc needs for communication of key workstream activities

Qualifications:10+ years experience in technology governance and oversight, financial services experience highly desired. Knowledge of the JPMC technical environment and standards is advantageous.

Adept at developing relationships with senior business executives with a reputation for partnering across organization lines to mitigate risks

Industry Experience:

Experience in multi-line financial services organizations navigating dynamic and complex IT environments; direct exposure to the Retail / Consumer / Investment Banking space is required. Knowledgeable of changing market conditions.

Ability to understand complex technical systems and the business processes they support and synthesize the corresponding risks and controls

Understanding of technology risk management and control principles

Board Reporting Experience:

Experience managing complex Board & Executive Reporting programs and proven success in an executive level role leading Technology programs or projects. Understanding of technology risk management and control principles

Proven ability to anticipate and identify risks and effective mitigants

Excellent Communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, inquisitive nature and comfort challenging current practices

Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate
