CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Odessa, Missouri. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the organization, overseeing budget processes, financial reporting, and ERP Systems. This opportunity is with an organization in the manufacturing industry, so previous manufacturing industry experience is a must have.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial activities of the organization Implement and maintain ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Prepare financial reports and present findings to company executives Supervise budgeting processes and financial forecasting activities Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting Develop financial strategies to enhance company profitability Collaborate with other executives to align financial management with company objectives Manage financial risks and investment opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws and regulations.Requirements Proficiency in Budget Processes Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Expertise in Financial Reporting Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience Previous experience in a similar role is desirableRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
