Description Robert Half is currently working with a south Fort Worth client seeking an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 100% ONSITE in Fort Worth, TX 76140.Interim CFO:This contract CFO position will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization.Key responsibilities:Lead an international Finance Team.Oversee the preparation of required monthly financial reports in accordance with GAAP.Ensure that all tax returns are accurately prepared and submitted timely.Manage the annual external audit.Provide and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to management, the Board, subcommittees, financial or business institutions Maintain stable cash flow management.Lead the Company’s financial forecasting, budgeting, planning and analysis functions.Develop investment strategies considering cash and liquidity risks.Engage in an advisory role with respect to M & A’s, tax considerations and planning, lawsuit & dispute resolution.Requirements BS degree in Accounting or Finance, plus an MBA or equivalent experience.
