- · Develop and execute change, communications, and learning collateral (stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training materials, etc.) for complex global projects
- · Develop and execute change management efforts, in partnership with other HR colleagues, and business leaders as needed
- · Identify and assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders
- · Develop and deliver communication and training materials for stakeholders
- · Provide support and resources to ensure successful adoption of changes
- · Measure, monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes
- · Provide change management consultation and support for large scale, cross-functional, and global initiatives
- · Facilitate change management strategy / planning and team effectiveness sessions
- · Pull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plans
- · Design, deliver, and support Global Operations functional transformation change management. Specifically, work efforts will be focused on supporting Global Operations Strategic Programs, such as:
- Transformation, change management, process & organizational design approaches
- Ability to analyze data to deliver insights
- Facilitation up to VP level
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating visuals and presentations from scratch)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering change management solutions.
- Knowledge or experience in Operations, sales strategies, marketing and brand development a plus
- Global collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organization
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute on changing priorities
- Change Management certification preferred
- Experience at a professional services consulting firm preferred
