Job Position: Change Management Manager for Global Operations

Job Location: Dallas, TX / Ashburn, VA / Denver, CO

Job Duration: 10+ Months Contract

Job Description:The role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end change management for highly complex projects across Global Operations. Must have the ability to think systemically to diagnose business problems, propose solutions, and create deliverables that impact people, processes, systems, and organizational structures. This position will require the ability to manage own work with some guidance and direction provided. This role will support Global Operations leadership and report to the Operations Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change, communications, and learning collateral (stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training materials, etc.) for complex global projects
  • Develop and execute change management efforts, in partnership with other HR colleagues, and business leaders as needed
  • Identify and assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver communication and training materials for stakeholders
  • Provide support and resources to ensure successful adoption of changes
  • Measure, monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes
  • Provide change management consultation and support for large scale, cross-functional, and global initiatives
  • Facilitate change management strategy / planning and team effectiveness sessions
  • Pull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plans
  • Design, deliver, and support Global Operations functional transformation change management. Specifically, work efforts will be focused on supporting Global Operations Strategic Programs, such as:
o System implementations (ServiceNow, Capacity Planning, Workday, etc.) – developing and executing on a change management plan, communicating, and training users, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system while minimizing resistance and disruptions.o Global Operations Organizational Shifts - Providing support and resources to help employees adapt to the change and implementing measures to minimize resistance and negative impact on employee morale and productivity.o Global Operations Training Academy – consultation and adoption need of existing training resources.o Shift Schedule changes – workforce optimization efforts.

Candidate ProfileThe candidate will have experience leading change management efforts for transformation, globally. They will bring knowledge and credibility based on academic background and track record of successful change management delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can roll up their sleeves, execute on tasks, and take direction from the Project Manager and HR Leader. Should be a collaborative partner, experienced facilitator, and a clear and effective communicator. They will have business acumen and global experience. They will have consulting skills and data analysis capabilities.

Skills:
  • Transformation, change management, process & organizational design approaches.
  • Ability to analyse data to deliver insights.
  • Facilitation up to VP level.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating visuals and presentations from scratch).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge, experience / technical expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering change management solutions.
  • Knowledge or experience in Operations, sales strategies, marketing, and brand development a plus.
  • Global collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute on changing priorities.
  • Change Management certification preferred.
  • Experience at a professional services consulting firm preferred.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA preferred.
