This product has implications for all knowledge workers and will revolutionize how we do work. We are also focused on changing the paradigm of how we create software. From prompt to code…

We need a visionary. With practical skills. Real world experience launching apps in the market. Large complex systems and small fun ones and everything in between, we need a theorist who likes to practice. Conversant in legacy full stack and passionate about AI.

I already did this once; I grew and sold a successful banking software company exited a few years back. Now it is time to run again

And boy, this time the idea is gonna force an entire paradigm shift.

I can pay a little to start for a little bit of your effort. Once we get going you can quit your job and we can work on this new compelling vision. Just want to be clear if you need a fully paid position, this is probably not ideal. But, that said, maybe while you hunt for your next job, you have some time!

Compensation Expectations (right up front)

Get paid right away - project based to start

Significant equity on offer – you are the tech founder

Experience with management at some level both people management and managing in a corp environment.

Passion for the customer. Lots of experience working with the user is a big bonus plus.

A tech person BUT conversant in the language of business, REVENUE!

Full-Stack Production Experience

5+ - 15+ years shipping production applications at scale

Deep experience w/ modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, distributed systems)

Built AND scaled systems from 0→1M+ users

Backend: Python, Node.js, Go (at least 2)

Frontend: React/Vue/Angular + modern tooling

DevOps: K8s, CI/CD, monitoring, actual production firefighting experience

Proof: Can show shipped products still running in production

AI/LLM Expertise

Ideally have hands-on experience with LLM orchestration

Hopefully you’ve built multi-agent systems or LLM solutions

Understands LLM prompt engineering at a deep level

Experience with: LangChain, vector DBs, RAG, fine-tuning

AI Theorist + Builder

Code experience above PLUS

CS/ML PhD or equivalent experience in the AI world

Published research OR significant open source contributions

Can implement papers from scratch

Understands transformers, attention mechanisms, token optimization

Compiler/Language Design (HUGE PLUS)

Experience with AST manipulation

Built DSLs or transpilers

Understands: parsing, lexical analysis, code generation

Bonus: LLVM, tree-sitter, or language server protocol experience

Architectural Vision

Can see 10x improvements, not 10% optimizations

Thinks in protocols and abstractions, not just features

Questions assumptions (like "code must have stubs")

Comfortable with paradigm shifts

Execution Speed

Ships daily, not quarterly

"Demo Friday" mentality

Can build MVP in weekend, production in weeks

Hates over-engineering

Communication

Can you explain complex systems simply

Do you write clear technical docs

Can you sell your vision to engineers AND investors

Not afraid to say "that's stupid, here's why"
