Child Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Operations Manager to join our team in North Texas. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Complete all weekly/monthly reports requested.Manage/Supervise assigned staff on daily operations and performance.Lead and motivate team to achieve objectives and milestonesCollaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with organizational goalsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact team successOversee the development and implementation of child care management processes and best practicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the child care teamEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policiesEnsure compliance with contractual and program requirements - Ensure a positive customer experience for all internal and external customersConducts human resource responsibilities such hiring, coaching, disciplining (when appropriate) in coordination with the corporate HR team and Employee Relations DirectorOversees hiring of team members to include consistent onboarding and trainingSets SMART goals for team members that align with contract, funder and Equus goals/objectivesMentor and develop team members to enhance their skillsAnalyze child care performance metrics and implement strategies for improvementCollaborate with the Project Director and Project Accountant for budgeting, forecasting, and to ensure financial sustainability and success.Work in partnership with the Project Director on planning and overall day-to-day operations/program development/Contract management/Human Resources/Staff Development/Business Development.Other duties as assigned.
